"I have been involved with Metro Paws, Sunshine Ave since 2018 when I moved back to Hamilton. I was looking for a reputable, safe environment where my small dog (Louis) could go and experience other small dogs in a daycare setting but also where he could go and stay when I regularly travelled out of Hamilton. My experience with Metro Paws has been nothing short of amazing. They have accommodated short notice requests and changes to bookings with out question but more, I feel like they know and love Louis when he goes and visits. He is always welcomed with a friendly face and sometimes when I’m walking away, I can hear them talking quietly to him about what a good boy he is. He clearly loves it there as well as he can’t wait to get through the door on arrival. I feel very lucky to have found a place where Louis is safe and cared for to such a high standard."

"Kayla has been going to metro paws since it first opened 9 years ago. She was adopted from the SPCA and showed some anxiety, since she has been at Metro Paws she has completely come out of her shell and she is always eager to wait by the car to go to her favourite place. The staff are great and know all of the dogs and I trust them with my girl. The daycare is always clean and hygienic. I have recommended metro paws to my friends who now attend, I will highly recommend Metro Paws."
"Paris (my fabulous French bulldog )started at Metro Paws daycare when she was 4 months old… To say she LOVES Metro Paws is an understatement. The girls are so amazing with her…they are so kind and caring. In the morning we get to the car park and by the time I’ve parked the car, she’s trying to bolt out the door to get inside and meet and greet the girls and her friends… Paris has had lots of medical issues ... the girls are so amazing with her. They always check on her to make sure she is ok. We have also boarded her (last time 12nights) and Paris always comes home a really happy little girl. Nicola is very knowledgeable and knows the business inside out… She has a very caring nature. She is always happy to offer advice when asked. We love and appreciate you all… Thank you so much for looking after and caring for our girl."
"Cannot recommend Metro Paws enough to take care of your fur baby's every need. Agnes gets picked up from our door and delivered like a Queen to daycare three days a week. She runs out the door without a backwards glance, which is all I need to know! Nicola and the team clearly love all the dogs in their care, their social media provides daily updates of photos and videos so you can see the dogs have an absolute blast every day. We use Metro Paws for both daycare and their Hotel service when we go away, so handy to have one place that provides all the care you need."
