As is standard practice now most vets recommend leaving your “entire - or not speyed/fixed” dog up until or after the age of 12 months.

Our policy is as follows - up to and after the age of six months:

Female Dogs are accepted up until they show signs of coming into “heat or season” which can be anywhere from 6-12 months of age. If your female dog is not speyed please advise us.

Male Dogs: it is by mutual agreement at the discretion of Metro Paws Management for your dog to attend one of our facilities: where possible we can take your dog and will communicate with you if behaviours becoming undesirable around other dogs.

Please note: We reserve the right to not accept entire pets after or between the ages of (6-12) months.
